The Benefits of Running with Chris Stonier

This week I got to interview Chris Stonier, a Boston Marathon qualifying runner and the head coach of Xavier High School's (CT) cross country & track and field programs.

Chris and I got into a lot of different topics including how he got into the sport, the life lessons that running has taught him, and his coaching philosophy that has led his team to five state championships, plus much more!

There were some really great lessons throughout the show that I picked up from Chris and I hope you will as well. One key takeaway was that we can do anything we want as long as we adapt the right mindset. Everyone has doubt of their ability as Chris did before he entered the world of distance running, but we are much stronger than we think! This principle was critical to Chris in becoming a distance runner and one of the best coaches in Connecticut cross country and track & field today.
