Run week is officially here! I'm super excited and a tad nervous at the same time, but I really can't wait to get started on Friday. Fundraising has been great and $8,100 is remarkable, but I'm definitely excited to set my sight on covering this distance. It's going to be a painful and unforgettable week for Jordan, myself, and my father so I couldn't be more stoked. This week I'll be previewing the run on my blog so today I'm going to share all the nutrition I will be bringing on the trip.
I'll probably take in about 200 calories an hour through food and fluids so here's everything I'm bringing to power through 260 miles!
